Damaris Pereira, Esq. represents clients throughout Florida in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate, including the negotiation, contract documentation, financing and closing of the transaction. She also has extensive experience in commercial leasing, title insurance, lender representation involving secured financing, property development and condominium formation.
Education:
Ms. Pereira received a Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2004 from the University of Miami School of Law. She was a Dean’s Honor and MPLE scholar, which together allowed her to enjoy a fully paid law school experience. Prior to law school, she attended the University of Miami School of Business where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration. She was a double major in Finance and Business Law. Throughout her years at “The U” she was active in many organizations such as the mock trial team, Phi Alpha Delta, School of Business peer counselor, Hispanic Law Students Association, Real Estate Law Society, H.O.P.E – Helping Others Through Pro Bono Efforts, and the Catholic Law Students Association.

Ms. Pereira is married and is the proud mother of two boys. She is active in her community, Town of Miami Lakes, and her local parish.
